We are committed to leaving a positive legacy for future generations, and we believe that doing so starts with cultivating self-compassion and emotional boundaries, guiding members to go inside themselves to get the approval, acceptance, comfort and sense of their own value they crave. Whether you're looking to develop new skills, heal old stuff, or simply mingle with people who share values and/or interests, the We Belong Together community is here to support you every step of the way.
We bring together people who aspire to make a difference in their world, but feel exhausted and spent while trying to keep up with work, chores, relationships, family, and so many other important jobs, especially during these trying times. We understand that we can only control ourselves, and trying to control others and outcomes drains our bandwidth, leaving us with little energy for self-care, let alone anything else. Beginning with mental fitness, we will learn and practice skills to master self-command and boundaries while bringing into focus how to leverage our energy wisely and intentionally. By creating peace and ease within ourselves first, we will feel better, more potent, and ready to effect the change we long for in our own lives, our families’ lives, and in the world.
