We Belong Together is a safe and welcoming space for people seeking camaraderie and connection in a space curated to be uplifting and nutritious to mind, body, and spirit. We believe in the idea that, "It takes a village". Together we nurture an environment that inspires personal growth, healthy, meaningful connection, and empowering action.
We are committed to leaving a positive legacy for future generations, and we believe that doing so starts with cultivating self-compassion and emotional boundaries. We model going inward to get the approval, acceptance, comfort and validation we've be programed to seek from external sources. Whether you're looking to develop new skills, heal old stuff, or simply mingle with people who share values and/or interests, the We Belong Together community is the place for you, in this moment.
We bring together people who aspire to make a difference in their world, but feel exhausted and spent while trying to keep up the demands of everyday life, especially during these uncomfortable and chaotic times. We understand that we can only control ourselves, and trying to control others and outcomes drains our bandwidth, leaving us with little energy for self-care, let alone anything else. Whether you just want a place to visit that is helpful to your efforts to self-regulate, or to more actively work on your inner landscape, WBT is a soft, emotionally nourishing place to land, if only to catch your breath for a few moments. By creating peace and ease within ourselves first, we will feel better, more potent, and ready to effect the change we long for in our own lives, our families’ lives, and in the world. That is the prize on which to keep our eyes. Anything beyond that is hot fudge and a big juicy cherry on top.

- Access to the Positive Intelligence course, a.k.a. PQ. PQ is a structured course designed to build resilience and a strong self-care practice. It can be taken solo or in a pod with other members, and I offer it on a generous sliding scale. I intentionally make this program available to everyone whatever your financial ability. Having taken the course myself, I learned to emotionally regulate in our current social climate which before PQ, sent me into the black hole of despair. I can't overstate this.

Interactive Member Interviews: Join live interviews with WBT members! This is an opportunity to accelerate the process of getting to know other members. If you can make it to the live experience, you can ask questions of the members, too. These interviews will be recorded so you can watch those you can't attend live.

Monthly Impact Events: Participate in our monthly events featuring experts, speakers, and teachers who will teach us how to get the most bang for our buck with our energy, time, and effort. The topics will span from how-tos and live music to guided mindfulness practice and interviews and Q&As with exciting guests.
